Flagstaff, AZ: Upon arriving in Flagstaff, we set out for dinner. Who did we run into but Michael's family friends from Ann Arbor, MI, Fred and Kathy Maynard! Their son, Bruce, and I started playing violin back in 1979 and Kathy accompanied Michael numerous times during competitions and recitals back in the day.
